Delivery availability may vary for remote areas.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly mentioned on our website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas of Pakistan.
For COD orders:
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
- Orders may be confirmed via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Repeated order refusals may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available).

- Photos of the product and packaging
